Wednesdays @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm | $10

The small claims advisory workshop is open to the public and held on Wednesdays at Monterey College of Law’s Community Justice Center. During the first hour of the workshop, law students will make a presentation to all workshop clients on the small claims process from beginning to end and provide information to assist you in preparing for trial. Additionally, you experience the value of using alternative ways to resolve disputes instead of going to court. During the hour following the presentation, law students under the supervision of a supervising attorney, are available to answer individual questions about the small claims process specifically relating to your individual case.

Please check the dates below for upcoming available workshop dates. In order to reserve your seat, we must receive payment as spots fill up quickly.

Please note that workshop services relating to small claims occur only on Wednesdays at 4:00pm. Any questions or assistance sought outside of those hours cannot be accommodated.
