Jacqueline Pierce is the Director of the Mandell Gisnet Center for Conflict Management. Ms. Pierce is an experienced Trial Attorney, Mediator and Arbitrator. Ms. Pierce has completed extensive mediation certification at both Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute and at the Mandell-Gisnet Center for Conflict Management at Monterey College of Law,
