Denise Castro works directly under Chelsea Wright who is the Associate Dean of Online Education. Her role is primarily as an Instructional Designer who actualizes the curriculum of each faculty member into their Populi course. Other responsibilities include working with staff, faculty and students to troubleshoot technical issues that may occur in the online platform. Denise taught University courses in person and online for 25 years, was previously an Instructional Designer for 8 years and Quality Matters Peer Reviewer for 5 years.
