Immigration Clinic, $15 fee*
Services include DACA renewal, U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA-Visa, Citizenship, Naturalization, Green Card application
Monterey College of Law does not pay any fees to the government.  


Limited Conservatorship, $50 fee
This conservatorship is only for persons diagnosed with an irreparable developmental delay disability.

Small Claims Clinic, Free
Receive assistance in completing all necessary court forms to file in Small Claims court.  

Community Legal Clinic,  $15 fee*
The Community Legal Clinic provides legal information, guidance, and potential assistance with paperwork in matters regarding family law (divorce and child custody), small claims, collections of small claims judgments, restraining order, and unlawful detainers.  Small claims appointments are free, and all other appointments are $15.  Please note that family law matters involving property disputes or strategic questions about ongoing family law cases, are outside the scope of this clinic and will be directed to the Lawyer Referral Service for consultation with a private attorney. Appointments for this clinic must be scheduled at 831-582-3600.


Unlawful Detainer, Filing and Responding, $15 fee*
For landlords/tenants who need assistance with the evictions help.

Restraining Order, $15 fee*
Assistance in completing all necessary court forms for a Domestic Violence or Civil Harassment restraining order.
